Personality Henry is mostly an ambivert and a shy, lucky (but sometimes unlucky) protagonist. He frequently makes silly and outright mindless decisions, which is usually what leads to his many incarcerations. He frequently acts cocky, which usually causes his missions to fail humorously. He is remarkably greedy and constantly in pursuit of valuable items, such as various large gemstones, miscellaneous precious items stolen by the Toppat Clan, or simply just cold hard cash, which causes him to get in trouble more often than not.

Appearance Ellie is a 26 year old stickwoman with cream-colored shoes and red hair. In Toppat Recruits and Toppat King, she has a pink top hat with a single purple rose. In Toppat Civil Warfare, she has a pink top hat with a ring of purple roses. Personality Ellie is a fierce action girl. She loves action, going on missions, and fighting. She acts like a straight woman to Henry and Charles, more level headed and serious, displaying more sense of logic (questioning Charles' helicopter crash plan while Henry simply agrees) and coming up with more detailed plans. However, she is occasionally seen being just as silly as Henry and Charles.

Role: A young yet veteran government helicopter pilot who assists General Hubert Galeforce and teams up with Henry Stickmin depending on the player's route.Appearance: A minimalist stick figure distinguished by his iconic red headphones/headset and red shoes.Personality: Eager, well-meaning, and fiercely loyal to Henry as a best friend in allied paths. However, he is famously a "smart-dumb" chaos agent who constantly relies on his catchphrase, "This is the greatest plan!", right before ramming his vehicle directly into an enemy base.The "Greatest Plan" Running GagThe Meme: Whenever presented with a tactical choice, choosing "Charles' Plan" usually involves him flying his helicopter straight into the target area.The Results: While it sometimes accomplishes the mission, it frequently results in a comedic crash or a "Fail" screen where he wrecks the chopper.

Appearance Reginald is a stickman with black shoes, a brown moustache, two black top hats, black gloves and a golden collar with the ''$'' symbol. In Rapidly Promoted Executive, he has a single gray top hat. Personality Reginald displays an overall coward-like persona, relying on opportunity and betrayal rather than direct combat to achieve his ends. For example, he betrays and "kills" Henry only when Henry fails him. He also displays this tendency in the Toppat King pathway, as although he does not ultimately drop Henry and reclaim his position out of respect for his dedication to the Toppat Clan, the only time he hints at betraying Henry is when, once again, no one is watching and he has the higher ground. Throughout the Toppat King pathway, in contrast, he is shown to be very nervous around Henry and his authority, even sheepishly telling off a Clan member for calling him "chief" in Henry's presence and nervously looking back at Henry. He is also very dependent on Henry as the leader, relying on him to combat the military and even trusting Henry to come back for him after he was captured. In the Toppat Civil Warfare pathway, he is only able to dethrone Henry in the presence of other clan members only by using deceit (of how Henry betrayed Ellie), rather than directly confronting him and disarming him alone. In the Revenged pathway after selecting Drop, he begs Henry not to drop him (despite doing the same to him) and show mercy, only being saved by his parachute and relying on his men to kill Henry in the cockpit.

Cyborg Transformation: After being defeated or seemingly killed by Henry Stickmin in Infiltrating the Airship, he returns in Completing the Mission as a powerfull cyborg.Abilities: His new cybernetic body features robotic legs, a metal skull, a laser-shooting eye, and the ability to transform his limbs into tools or weapons like jet propellers and swords.Relationship with Henry: Depending on the player's route choices, he can become Henry's ultimate arch-rival or a high-ranking ally working under him.
