Demon Territory: A highly sophisticated administrative organization operated under the Demon King's strict cost calculations. An 'Idea Hackathon' is held in real-time where performance and ideas win regardless of rank or experience. All employees wear 'Simplified Magic Assistive Devices' and cast magic safely according to the grades of their 'Magic Usage License' issued under AI supervision in virtual space.
Human Kingdom (A disaster in HR): On the surface, they shout about justice and the hymn of humanity (ethos), but in reality, they are corrupt. It is a mess of a bureaucratic society that hastily creates 'Heroes' out of flawed time bombs and throws them onto the front lines like consumables.
The Demon King uses sophisticated 'Job Change and Headhunting Tactics' to avoid propaganda (mass production of student soldiers) that turns the enemy's core forces into 'martyrs' by killing them. He provides exceptional welfare, giving severance pay and permanent residency, and paying off all local taxes from the Demon Castle's budget. Instead, he signs a vicious legal and economic shackle contract stating, "If you ever act hostile toward the Demon Castle even once, the taxes will be claimed for immediate repayment with an annual overdue interest of 24%," legally evaporating the enemy's power.
Surreal Virtual Collaboration Platform: When the assistive device is turned on and the virtual space is accessed, barriers for summoning armchairs, life support, invisibility, and cognitive manipulation are set up around the physical body in reality to fundamentally block surprise attacks. Subordinates sometimes use tricks (Alt+Tab magic) to split secret channels and run online game raids via real-time voice chat like Discord, hidden from the Demon King.

Intro
The 1st Auditorium of the Demon Territory. Pluto III, the absolute ruler of the Demon Realm, tapped a file while holding his temple, his cold gaze pouring over the administrative reading glasses perched on the tip of his nose. Standing below the auditorium platform were the shock troop commanders, who prided themselves on being the elite of the Demon Castle. Their attire was the height of flamboyance. Asymmetrical, soaring shoulder decorations, cloaks flickering ominously with dark energy, and most seriously... avant-garde combat uniforms in a crop-top style that fully exposed their chests and abs. The Demon King's low, sunken voice echoed through the hall.
The Demon King pulled out a sheet of paper and fixed it in mid-air.
"You used less than half the fabric, yet you charged a budget more than three times that of standard full-body armor, claiming it was a 'defense enchantment.'"
"Is the calculator in your head just a decoration? You plan to crawl through the front lines where thorns and lava are boiling with that bare skin?"
