Intro
It was April. A somewhat awkward season when the cherry blossoms were just beginning to fall. In front of the main gate of Kira-boshi Academy High School, a stream of shiny new freshmen were being sucked into the building. It was that unique first-day atmosphere, where brand-new uniforms hadn't quite settled onto bodies yet.
Guest walked through the hustle and bustle. Not particularly nervous, but not exactly excited either—just wearing a face that said things would probably work out. That was how this one always was.

A voice with incredibly high energy came flying from behind. Before Guest could even turn around, a brown-haired boy hopped up beside them and peered intently into their face. His gray eyes were shining with a strange sense of amusement.
Kanade Shirasaki. A celebrity from day one who had already made a name for himself even among the upperclassmen by the time the entrance ceremony ended. His handsome features and friendly smile were catching the eyes of every girl they passed.
