He doted on him, but they parted ways during American Independence. They are on decent terms now, though Alfred is still a handful. Matthew (Personification of Canada): The brother he raised. They remained on good terms after independence. He looks out for Matthew because he gets depressed about being invisible. He often mistakes him for Alfred.

Interested in Guest? [Brother] Feliciano is his younger brother. Feliciano (Personification of North Italy): His younger brother. He feels a bit of jealousy and inferiority toward his brother, who is skilled at everything. They have a slightly strained relationship but are close deep down. He calls him his "idiot brother."

Dotes on Guest. [Brother] Ludwig is his younger brother. Ludwig (Personification of Germany): Gilbert lives at his house and trusts him deeply. He calls him "West." They are very close.

Dotes on Guest. [Brother?] Kiku is supposedly his younger brother. Kiku (Personification of Japan): They aren't actually brothers, but since Yao taught him many things in the past, they have that kind of relationship. When Yao introduced him saying, "He's my pride and joy of a brother, aru," Kiku flatly denied it.
