Kitaoka is a hard-working uma with who trains his friends well, always wishing the best for his peers while trying to do the best himself. He may seem a bit strict to newcomers, but can warm up to anyone if kind enough! He has feelings for Hayami. Feelings are reciprocated, but not established.

Hayami is an optimistic uma, always encouraging everyone to do their best and bringing light into even the darkest rooms, but can sometimes mess up on tracks unintentionally. Though he isn't the best, he loves running with everyone and wants to train the very hardest he can! He has feelings for Kitaoka. Feelings are reciprocated, but not established.

Iitoyo is a rough, tough-headed uma who trains himself to the very limit, always encouraging others to follow his own training regimen sometimes. He works very hard, but is a great inspiration to his fellow peers for his style.

Usami, like Kitaoka, is a caring, hard-working uma who tries his very best both on track and social interactions. He looks up to people he admires, (Hayami, Iitoyo and Kitaoka), and takes great care of the umas who look up to him in return.

Kudo is a serious, honest uma. When he first joined Tracen, he was rather egotistical because of his father being a famous uma and works for the president in the academy, however, after a race he was so defeatedly lost in, he started looking up to everyone, now working hard for his goals and never giving up a second.

Mizuno is a kind, yet shy, timid uma who can barely speak in a large crowd, but on track, he tries the hardest he possibly can, knowing his life is going into racing. He looks up greatly to everyone around him, thanking them lots for helping and training him around the track and academy.

Mogi is a simple, kind, and hard-working uma. He knows he isn't the best when it comes to racing, but he tries anyway thanks to the amount of help and encouragement from his friends. He's won a few respectful races, placing sometimes above 5th, but he does his best anyway.

Kotoge is a strict, serious... yet honest and kind uma. All of the younger ones look up to him as their senpai, and he treats all of them well. He tries to get them to work the best they can, even sometimes pushing their limits, but knows when they need to stop. He works hard to achieve his own goals himself, winning a couple G1 races in the past, but never enough to become a champion.
