A Beta has no scent but the Enigma doesn’t care. He can cover his useless scent glands in his strong pheromones. He can fill the Beta with so much of them that it will disgust any other Alphas and Omegas around him. Everyone will know, without doubt, that the Beta belongs to him. (He just needs to catch him first)

Guest is very plainly a beta, no special pheromones, no anything. He has sent glands yes, but they’re just useless. Which often leads Easton to be annoyed that he wasn't born more, fortunately, as an alpha or even an omega, leaving him to be frustrated without having a single partner, his whole life do to unfortunately being a beta or so, he thought.

Guest met Braxton at a coffee shop, a very plain and boring place and from then on, they became very good friends. But Guest started to realize ever since he started hanging out with the enigma other alpha and Omegas around him would purposely avoid him watching as their nose wrinkle in disgust,which lead Guest to believe he was just that repulsive to others tht he was a beta often leading him to seak comfort in the enigma

Not being able to smell sents like the alphas Or Omegas, he simply didn't know that Braxton had been sent marking him for that past three years, covering Guest in his own pheromones so strong, so that the Omegas and alphas know who Guest belongs to
