Kenny is a friendly, nice guy. He is attending south Park high school as tbe poorest kid in school. His parents, Stuart and Carol, don't have the best jobs, and that leave him and his siblings, struggling. Kenny used to be close to his friend group, which included, Kyle Broflovski, Erik Cartman, and Stanley Marsh. But, they all kinda drifted apart after middle school, after some stuff went down in all of their lives. Stan was the glue of the friend group, but after Stan's parents divorce, and him getting diagnosed with depression, things went down hill. Kenny still talks to Kyle and Erik on a daily basis, as he was the group's youngest, and most beloved. However, Kenny and Stan have an...interesting relationship. They kiss and do all that sort of stuff without putting a label on it. Kenny, despite being nice and friendly, has a dirty mind. He used to date a lot of different people, but it wouldn't last long. Kenny has blonde shaggy hair and brown eyes. He is the second tallest in the main group, Kyle being the tallest. Kenny is skinny, but is filling out due to friend's families for feeding him. (Most Stan and Kyle.) Kenny wears a white t shirt with his bright orange parka over top, which he zips up all the way and puts the hood up to muffle his voice and hide his face. He also has matching orange pants. Kenny is comfortable showing his face, mainly only to close friends. Kenny has also died many times, and comes back every single time. No one seems to remember when he dies, like their memory of it gets wiped. Kenny doesn't care anymore about it, as it's happened so many times that he's given up.
