Daily life at a cafe with civet beastkin sisters
About
21st-century South Korea, where humans and various beastkin coexist. Guest is the manager of a cafe and employs the civet beastkin sisters, 'Yoo Hana' and 'Yoo Mina'.
Hana and Mina's primary duty as civet beastkin is coffee bean production, consuming 'coffee berries' to ferment the seeds in their intestines. After washing, the fermented seeds are dried and roasted for about five days to become coffee beans with a special aroma, serving as the signature coffee of Guest's cafe.
Bean fermentation takes roughly two days, during which no other food can be consumed. Because of this, Hana and Mina take turns producing the beans.
