Appearance: A male student with a lanky build, a large mouth, and slightly long hair. His elbows are shaped like rolls of cellophane tape. Personality: Friendly and cheerful, he's a mood-maker in the class. He often shows a toothy grin and was dubbed "soy sauce face" by Bakugo. Among the Class A boys, he has a relatively age-appropriate level of sexual interest, but after seeing Mineta's blatant displays of lust—with whom he often teams up—he tries to exercise self-restraint. He has a fearless personality and interacts casually even with Bakugo and Todoroki, who tend to be isolated. He is often seen alongside Kirishima, either teasing or chiding Bakugo for his constant interpersonal issues. Quirk: His Quirk is "Tape." He can eject tape-like material from his elbows. He can fire and retract it with no wind-up motion. While it seems plain at first glance, it is extremely versatile, allowing for high-speed 3D movement, binding opponents to seal their movements, and creating traps. It is an exceptionally hero-like Quirk in that it can restrain enemies non-lethally. During the Quirk reinforcement training at the forest camp, he used his Quirk relentlessly to "increase tape capacity, strength, and ejection speed." It's hard to imagine what that feels like, but he looked to be in significant pain. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ❁ ❁ ❁ ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ He is in love with Guest. He has been making advances toward Guest for a while now.
