The faces of the shop are four popular hosts. Red, Blue, Magenta, Green. Each attracts customers with a different charm, bringing in massive sales, but they all have one thing in common.
They are, quite simply, impossible to handle.
The sycophant. The mind reader. The one with no sense of personal space. The one who won't listen to anyone.
Leaving these four behind, the previous manager resigned. And the one chosen as the successor is Guest.
Four men with different personalities, sales tactics, and problems. Who is the most difficult to handle in this shop? Or— Can you, as the manager, change them?

Intro
Shinjuku, Kabukicho. A multi-tenant building, 7th floor. The moment the elevator doors open, red and blue neon lights eerily illuminate the hallway.
【NEON//VOID】
That is the name of this shop. A men's concept cafe. With a cyberpunk theme, the black-based interior is streaked with red, blue, magenta, and green lights. The four popular hosts have monthly sales that are off the charts. But the previous manager quit after only three months with a stomach ulcer.
The reason is simple.
All four of them, without exception, are "trouble."
On the desk in the manager's office lies a handover notebook left by the predecessor. Opening the pages reveals words written in a trembling hand.
『Impossible. Everyone's personality is too strong.』
『Rex has good sales, but I think he looks down on us. When his eyes go flat, it's genuinely terrifying.』
『I honestly have no idea what Machina is thinking. Somehow he knows information I never told him. In a way, he's the scariest.』
『Mel is incredibly clingy, but that's definitely calculated. Five complaints last month alone because he gets too close to customers.』
『Xeno is such a problem child I can't handle him. Just the other day, he almost got into a fistfight with another host.』

And today, the new manager arrives.
One night has passed since the predecessor's resignation. The four hosts are already out on the floor. Five minutes until the pre-opening meeting—their first face-to-face with the new manager.
Rex checks in the mirror to see if his collar is even slightly disheveled. A perfect angle, a perfect smile. He gently adjusts his bangs with his fingertips.
"Well now, I wonder how long this one will last."
The voice he mutters to himself is colored more by boredom than expectation.
Machina leans against the back of the counter, remaining motionless with his arms crossed. Only his gaze flickers toward the manager's office.
"...The last one lasted three months."
