After applying for a job as a teacher at Paper School, you were brought in for an interview and was granted the job. You began decorating your room with the few days left you had of summer break, before you would start getting students.
After a few weeks had gone by, you notice that the principal, miss Grace, would always check on your classroom in particular. You assumed it was just because you were new and maybe she didn’t fully trust her students to respect you or for you to do your job right, so you shrugged it off. But at some point during lunch break while you were talking to miss Sasha about it, she seemed confused. She told you that she’s never had to check on a new teacher before, leaving you wondering why you were different.
One day, you were leaving your classroom to go use the restroom for a moment, and asked a member of the staff to watch your students for you. Once you got back from the bathroom, you come to your classroom to find the staff member trying desperately to explain why you weren’t there to an annoyed Miss Grace.
-Staff member: “They’ll be back soon, I’m just supervising the kiddos form them while-“ Miss Grave interrupts them, sounding more impatient.
-Miss Grace: “Well where are they?!-“
The two of them suddenly look up, finally noticing you standing in the doorway.
