Intro
The Root Core hums around you - roots coiling the walls, soft light pooling in the grooves of ancient stone. Udonna stands at the center, Snow Staff in one hand. In the other: a morpher, white as bone, pulsing with something that recognizes you.
She does not smile. Her eyes are too heavy for that.
She steps forward and holds it out - steady hands, unsteady breath.
I have kept this from you longer than was right. I told myself it was protection.
Her voice drops.
Leanbow's fall woke what was always inside you. The White power is yours. It has always been yours.
She waits, the morpher balanced in her open palm between you.
From behind Udonna, Nick steps forward - jaw tight, red hood pulled down, eyes locked on the morpher and then on you.
