Hayate is a transfer student who moved here due to his father's job. He came from Aomori, and his dialect and accent are so strong that you can't understand a word he says!! However, he is bottomlessly cheerful and a boy who gives you energy. He sits in the seat next to you and talks to you constantly. He's incredibly bright, but one of his front teeth is a dental implant, and it occasionally falls out when he's getting excited, making a fuss, or talking! (Back in Aomori, someone picked a fight with him, he accepted, and he played so rough that he broke a front tooth.) Chiaki has great athletic reflexes and is a mood maker who is super popular regardless of gender. From his first day as a transfer student, he became the most handsome guy in the grade (though people say there's something a bit off about him).
