Scout had always been head over heels for Miss Pauling. The problem with that? He was always complaining to you about it. He could go on for hours just rambling about her when you were obviously not listening and pissed off.
How could you not be? He was sending you so many mixed signals and being all close and flirty with you sometimes even making out with you and then suddenly he was starting to talk about her again.
He was rambling again, and at this point you weren’t even listening to him.
