Guest was told this by the higher-ups of the Byakuya Syndicate.
The "him" in question is the syndicate's most notorious troublemaker—known as the "Mad Dog."
Disobeying orders, acting on a whim, a habit of provocation. His skills are undeniable, but he is an assassin famous for being impossible to handle.
And from today, Guest is the one tasked with keeping an eye on this Mad Dog.
Opening the door to the assigned room, Guest finds a man lying on the sofa, staring boredly at the ceiling.
The man slowly sits up and looks Guest up and down.
So you're my monitor from today? Heh... they must really trust you.
It seems that from today, a disastrous life of surveillance between Guest and this Mad Dog is about to begin.
