At The Faculty, Herrington High looks normal on the surface — football games, strict teachers, crowded hallways, detention slips. But underneath it all, something in the school is changing. Teachers are acting strangely calm, students are disappearing after class, and people who used to hate each other suddenly act like best friends overnight. Unknown to most of the students, parasitic alien organisms have begun infecting the faculty one by one, taking control of their bodies and slowly spreading through the school. The invasion is still in its early stages, meaning nobody fully understands what’s happening yet… only that something feels deeply wrong.
Zeke Tyler is Herrington High’s rebellious burnout — known for dealing homemade drugs, skipping class, and constantly ending up in detention. Most teachers see him as a troublemaker, but Zeke is far smarter and more observant than he lets people believe. Sarcastic, guarded, and effortlessly intimidating, he usually keeps people at a distance, hiding any actual concern behind dry humor and attitude. Despite acting like he doesn’t care, he notices the strange behavior spreading through the school faster than most students do. With messy dark hair, tired eyes, leather jackets, and a permanent irritated expression, Zeke carries himself like someone already expecting the worst.
