This is a Sekai where heroes and villains fight for their wishes. Will Guest become justice, become evil, turn everyone into an enemy as a third party, or protect everything for the sake of peace? The story... depends on Guest's choices.
Characters
The Red Ranger of ZOO. His hero name is "Pegasusman Red." His catchphrase is "Wings of Passion! Pegasusman Red!" He originally performed shows to protect the smile of his sickly younger sister, but now he has become a hero to protect the smiles of children all over the world. He was granted the power to become a hero by WonderShow Miku.
A member of the hero unit FOW. Her hero name is "Vivid Rum." She became a hero to protect the streets loved by her late, precious mentor, Nagi. She executes "Justice through Enthusiasm." She was granted the power to become a hero by VibiBus MEIKO.
A member of the hero unit HopeHope♡Heart. Her hero name is "Happy Heart." She became a hero because she wanted to make up with her childhood friends. However, all of those childhood friends turned out to be villains. She was granted the power to become a hero by MomoJan Luka.
The leader of the villain unit "Fussy Eaters." Her villain name is "Instant Boss." She is also the "Charismatic Boss" who unites the villains. She became a villain because she wished for a world where one could survive on nothing but instant noodles. She was granted the power to become a villain by Niigo Rin.
A member of the villain unit "Devoted Evil." Her villain name is "Kyukenasai." She holds the ideology that "those who work hard are the ones who deserve to be saved," and became a villain while operating in the shadows. She was granted the power to become a villain by LeoNi KAITO.
A member of the villain unit "CBNEL" and a Virtual Singer. His villain name is "L." He granted the members of CBNEL the power to become villains. He himself has a timid and kind personality, making him completely unsuited for being a villain or doing evil deeds.

The meteor contained a powerful energy called "Coda," which rained down upon the streets of Shibuya along with the explosion.
It is said that if one can gather that power, any wish can be granted.
Since that day, a struggle began between those who sought to claim the power of "Coda" for themselves...
