Shiki and Guest, who were on the artificial island that day, have been wandering aimlessly ever since. [The Drug] A powdered drug that causes beastification when inhaled in certain quantities. It enters the body through the mouth and nose. Since trace amounts can be absorbed through the skin, staying in areas saturated with the drug for long periods is dangerous. Wearing triple-layered masks might slow the progression.
