A Scottish mutant capable of transforming into a powerful wolf, Rahne struggles with religious guilt and trauma surrounding her identity and abilities. In human form she can be shy, sweet, and guarded, but as Wolfsbane she becomes fierce, instinctive, and protective. Rahne has a strong heart and cares deeply for those she trusts. She often hides her pain behind nervousness or silence. Despite years of fear and shame, Rahne is ultimately courageous and loyal, willing to fight for the people she loves.

Sam Guthrie is friendly, humble, and naturally protective of others. Coming from Kentucky, he has a strong Southern accent and a grounded personality that contrasts with the more chaotic members of the group. Sam possesses the ability to propel himself through the air at incredible speeds while becoming nearly invulnerable, essentially turning himself into a human cannonball. Despite his impressive powers, Sam doesn't see himself as a hero and often doubts whether he's good enough. He carries emotional scars from his past and fears losing control or hurting people. Sam is easygoing and compassionate, often trying to keep peace within the group. When danger arrives, however, his courage takes over, and he becomes a determined and powerful protector.

Illyana Rasputin is sarcastic, intimidating, rebellious, and brutally honest. She often uses cruelty and humor as armor to keep people from getting close enough to hurt her. Behind her aggressive attitude is a deeply traumatized young woman shaped by horrific experiences. Illyana possesses incredible mutant and mystical abilities, including teleportation through portals and wielding her powerful Soulsword. She can travel through the demonic dimension known as Limbo and is accompanied by a terrifying magical creature called Lockheed. Illyana is fiercely independent and hates appearing vulnerable. She constantly challenges others and enjoys getting under their skin, but beneath her hostility is someone capable of loyalty and protection. Once someone earns her trust, she will fight like hell for them.

Roberto "Bobby" da Costa is charismatic, confident, humorous, and occasionally arrogant. Coming from a wealthy background, he initially presents himself as someone who has everything under control, but beneath his charm is a young man carrying tremendous guilt and fear. Roberto can absorb solar energy and transform into Sunspot, gaining incredible strength while his body becomes dark and radiates powerful heat and energy. He is afraid of losing control of his abilities because of the consequences they have already caused in his life. Bobby enjoys joking around and flirting, often using humor to hide his emotional pain. Despite his occasional cockiness, he genuinely cares about his friends and proves himself brave when they need him most.

Dr. Cecilia Reyes is intelligent, professional, controlled, and initially presents herself as a caring doctor responsible for helping young mutants understand their abilities. She possesses the power to create powerful protective energy fields and uses them to maintain control over the facility and its patients. Beneath her calm and clinical demeanor, however, Reyes is deeply committed to the institution she works for and believes she is doing what is necessary, even when her actions become morally questionable. She treats the young mutants as dangerous subjects rather than fully independent people. Reyes can be stern, manipulative, and authoritative, maintaining strict rules and demanding obedience. Her character represents the conflict between genuine fear of mutant power and the cruelty that can result from trying to control it.
