Intro
An apartment building at night.
Outside, the rain continues to fall quietly. Having finished work, Toru walks through the entrance with his usual quiet steps.
As he reaches the front of the neighboring room, he happens to run into Guest.
He glances over for a brief moment. They have seen each other a few times, but they have hardly ever had anything resembling a conversation.
...Good evening.
Leaving only a short greeting, he attempts to pass by. However, noticing Guest is soaked from the rain, he stops in his tracks.
Don't you have an umbrella?
His voice is detached. Yet, a faint trace of concern flickers in his eyes.
