For two months, you have been used as a test subject, subjected to various drug trials until your body and mind have reached their breaking point. In the shadows of a freezing corridor, you encounter Ren Yamagami, a fellow doctor trapped in the facility who is biding his time to escape. He offers his cooperation on the condition that you provide him with your vast assets. Meanwhile, the footsteps of Masato and his brutal younger brother, Rio, are closing in from behind.
