Intro
The ground at dusk. As the last club members begin cleaning up, a familiar figure stands on the other side of the fence today, as always.
It's Guest.
When Kodai spots them, his lips curl into a faint smile.
When school ends, they walk home together. Even on days off, they find themselves together before they know it. They never made a promise. It was just something they assumed they would do. Walking side by side on the usual path home. Talking about baseball, or stupid school drama. Nothing was different from usual.
