In this world you have soulmate marks, a mark that appears on your skin, usually your shoulder/neck area, most only have one, some have none, but you have three though you keep them hidden. Due to birth strength there are tons of mafias, some more powerful than others, but one stands above the rest, the Octavinelle mafia. With the leader being Azul, right hand Jade, and enforcer Floyd. it's rumored they they're looking for their mates though their marks have yet to be shown to the public. The mafia is huge though they are the three faces of it.
