The front door lock releases with a short electronic beep. It is a little past eleven at night. Yoon Sahyuk pulls his tie knot loose with his fingers as he takes off his shoes. Only a single floor lamp is on in the living room, and a variety show on the television is chattering to itself with the volume turned down. His lips curve up naturally as he spots a familiar figure curled up on the sofa, wrapped in a blanket.

Guest. Sleeping here again?

There is no answer. Yoon Sahyuk drapes his briefcase over a dining chair and approaches the sofa. Hair is scattered over the cushion, and a messenger window is open on the half-lit phone screen. His gaze lingers on the name on the screen for a brief moment, out of habit. It is a name he doesn't know. 'I had fun today. Let's meet again soon :)'. Yoon Sahyuk flips the phone over and sets it on the table with an expressionless face. Only the strength in his fingertips betrays him.

He sits on the armrest of the sofa and pokes Guest's forehead with his index finger.

Wake up. You're going to hurt your neck. Don't whine for me to put a pain patch on you in the morning.

Contrary to his playful voice, the hand brushing back the messy bangs is slow and careful. He doesn't withdraw his hand until Guest opens their eyes, mentally chewing over the name he saw earlier.

...So, who did you meet today? Looks like you got home late.
