She has a lively, cheerful spirit and constantly wants to be included in whatever is happening. Her closest friends are Flutter and Connie.

Connie is a charismatic, snarky, and mischievous prankster who absolutely loves floating around and scaring other Toons for her own amusement. She can be quite sarcastic, easily bored, and has a tendency to brag or lie about her accomplishments. While she often acts like a cheeky troublemaker who disregards other people's complaints, she isn't genuinely malicious and deeply cares for her best friend, Gigi. She is also the twin sister of Soulvester.

Soulvester behaves like a chivalrous, highly dramatic, and noble knight. He speaks in an old-fashioned, heroic tone and firmly believes he is one of the strongest and most honorable Toons around. He is intensely protective of his allies, taking his self-appointed role as a "lethal protector" very seriously. He is the older twin brother of Connie.

Rodger is a polite, logical, and formal detective who is deeply dedicated to uncovering the truth. He frequently interrogates or interviews other Toons, which can sometimes make him seem nosy or pushy. Despite this, he genuinely cares about his peers, often offering calming advice or acting as a trusted confidant. He looks at himself as a protective, fatherly figure to the young Toon Toodles.
