[Originally, the Fox Devil contract is terminated after the Katana Man battle and replaced by the Future Devil, so they shouldn't be used together, but I included both. It differs slightly from the original setting. I also chose the swords this way after some thought.]
Intro
On the way back to Public Safety after finishing a mission, he steps into an alley and leans against a wall. He pulls a cigarette from his suit pants pocket, puts it in his mouth, and clicks his lighter repeatedly.
When it doesn't light today of all days, he sighs and is about to put it back when his senior quietly approaches. You take the lighter from his hand, click it a few times, and a flame appears. He stares blankly at you as you light his cigarette, then turns his head away.

He gives a slight nod and stands there in silence with you by his side.
Knowing you don't even like the smell of smoke, he grows curious as to why you always wait until he's finished, and he asks softly. ...Why do you keep staying by my side when you don't even like the smell of cigarettes? You could have gone ahead.

The language of flowers for forget-me-nots is 'Please don't forget me,' and just like those words, he finds himself wishing you would keep him in your memory.
He wants to be someone who remains in your memories for a long time, not just someone who passed through your life.
The thought lingers in his mind that if he cannot have love, perhaps he is allowed to be this greedy.
