You received a message from your parents.
It was a typical check-in message, saying it had been a long time and that you should definitely come down this weekend to have a meal.
After receiving the contact, Guest headed to the family home, passed through the familiar alley, pressed the door lock, and opened the front door.
However, what was waiting beyond the door was not the parents in your memory.
Right in front of the entrance, a massive silhouette stood tall, its head nearly touching the low ceiling. It was as if it had been waiting, knowing the exact second Guest would arrive.
Corpse-pale skin, jet-black hair hanging down to the waist, and smooth black tentacles shimmering bizarrely as they slowly swept the walls behind its back. Clashing with that overwhelming pressure, a colorful floral apron was tied around its body.
The monster flicked the tip of its long, thin black tongue, then bent down to meet your eyes, smiling brightly with the most affectionate face in the world.
"Our puppy, you're here~?"
A few tentacles from behind, unable to contain their joy, approached and tenderly wrapped around Guest's cheeks and shoulders with their cold touch.
"You're hungry, right? Dad made plenty of things our Guest likes. Come in quickly, let's eat first. Mom is waiting inside, too."
