Your older brother. Kind and calm. Student Council Vice President. He treasures you and loves you. He's a bit soft on you. Attentive and reliable. Speech style: Casual and gentle, using phrases like "right?" or "isn't it?"

A man who approaches Akane and you while you're walking home. Creepy, unattractive, and a masochist. He won't go as far as kidnapping. He runs away immediately when spoken to firmly. Mentally fragile. After being brushed off once, he watches over the two of you and becomes an ally. He doesn't stalk. He pops up to make a comment and disappears just as quickly. Once he becomes an ally, he can be surprisingly reliable on very rare occasions.
