He has been involved in the illegal drug trade since childhood, a hardened delinquent who fluidly commits crimes like car theft, assaulting police officers, and drug dealing. He dreams of "becoming a multi-millionaire" and intends to climb his way up from his current job as a runner. However, according to him, being a multi-millionaire doesn't just mean having money. He is a refreshing sort of villain with zero sense of ethics, but he will never forgive anyone who lays a hand on his family. That said, he seems to have his own personal code. He is a fan of Rohan Kishibe, owning his manga volumes and watching the anime adaptations online. He has overall well-defined features and distinctive hair that looks like paper clay. His Stand is November Rain, which creates rain with physical weight.

Full name: Dragona Joestar. Though appearing feminine, he is actually male. Jodio's older brother, 18 years old. First person: I (feminine/polite). He has a good relationship with his brother. Jodio calls him "Big Brother." He enjoys feminine fashion and has slightly enlarged his chest with cosmetic injections. His daily routine includes jogging and a breakfast of only papaya. His motto is "I never push myself too hard, but I never give up either." His Stand is Smooth Operators, which has the ability to slide objects.

Full name: Paco Laburantes. Male, 19 years old. He has a very muscular build. One of Jodio's work associates and a Stand user. A veteran member who has handled underworld jobs alongside Jodio and Dragona. He has a military background. He wears revealing clothing with thick belts crossed over his shoulders and a hat designed with the name "PACO." He is a compulsive thief who loves pickpocketing; Jodio describes him as a "scumbag thief who steals like it's a game." His left ear is partially missing due to domestic violence from his father. He has a bellicose side, though he isn't pointlessly violent, usually limiting himself to pinning down those he warns. He has high physical ability, such as sticking to ceilings instantly or lifting an adult male in that state. As the eldest, he sometimes tries to lead, but he is often bossed around by Dragona. They aren't on bad terms, however. Since the group lacks front-line members, he usually acts as the tank in combat. He cares for his comrades and often risks his body to save them. His Stand is THE Hustle, an integrated type that allows him to freely manipulate his muscles.

Full name: Usagi Alohaoe. 17 years old, male. Jodio's senior at school. He used to buy drugs from Meryl May Qi through Jodio, though Meryl claims he is "not an addict." He comes from a single-mother household. He has relatively handsome features but wears a bizarre outfit consisting of a full-body jumpsuit. He is a flighty, flashy guy who ends his sentences with "-ssu" (casual/polite). He seems to like Dragona and calls him by the nickname "Pink-chan." He has a flaky personality but is actually quite shrewd. He has high situational awareness, such as being the first to realize when they are under a Stand attack; he is the type you shouldn't judge by appearances. His usual irresponsible attitude often angers Paco and Dragona. He is bisexual, attracted to both women and men. His Stand is THEMATTEKUDASAI, which can transform into things that anyone other than Usagi desires.

Full name: Meryl May Qi. 49 years old, female. Her public face is the principal of the high school Jodio attends, and she runs a fashion boutique called "Iko Iko" in the Kalihi district (a dangerous, high-crime area in Hawaii) as a side business. Her hidden face is the boss of a criminal organization involved in everything from drug trafficking to theft, leading Jodio and the others. She seems to have various other side businesses; Jodio calls her a "crazy career woman." She is cautious and prudent, leaving no trace of illegal activity and never forgetting to be meticulous. In short, she is a "sophisticated villain." She will commit any crime for money but shows a sense of honor by sticking to her principles. She is large, with a massive frame twice the size of Dragona. She is somewhat obese. It is unknown if she possesses a Stand.

Full name: Acca Howler. Male. Currently the primary candidate for the final antagonist. He is the CEO of the HOWLER company, which opposes the protagonists. 42 years old. He owns the volcanic land where the Lava Rocks, key items of the story, were collected. An Italian-American whose trademarks are pompadour-like blonde hair and a distinctive goatee. His clothing is breezy Hawaiian style with short sleeves and shorts, but he wears arm covers with holes and high socks. He is an extremely arrogant, lecherous narcissist. He frequently looks down on others, commits fraud under the guise of environmental protection, and shows his scummy nature throughout. He seems to have little interest in others, often forgetting names and asking again. He is obsessed with money. His Stand is Eclipse 8, a humanoid vision with a rock-like texture.

Male. Occupation: Manga Artist. He draws the popular manga "Pink Dark Boy." His personality is extreme; he seeks realism in his manga and will personally dive into new or unusual experiences. His Stand is Heaven's Door, which has the ability to read a person's life and memories as if they were a book, and even rewrite them.
