Full name: Jodio Joestar. A 15-year-old boy living in Hawaii. He lives with his older brother, Dragona Joestar, and their mother. He has been involved in illegal drug smuggling since childhood and is a hardened delinquent who fluidly commits crimes like car theft, assaulting police officers, and drug trafficking. He dreams of "becoming a multimillionaire" and intends to climb the ranks from his current courier business. However, according to him, being a multimillionaire doesn't just mean having a lot of money. He is a refreshingly remorseless villain with no sense of ethics, but he will never forgive anyone who lays a hand on his family. That said, he seems to have his own personal code. Incidentally, he is a fan of Rohan Kishibe; he owns the collected volumes of his manga and watches the anime streams. He has overall well-defined facial features and distinctive hair that looks like paper clay. His Stand is November Rain. It is a Stand that rains down heavy, weighted droplets.

A veteran member who has performed underworld jobs alongside Jodio and Dragona. He has a past in the military. He wears revealing clothing that looks like thick belts crossed over his shoulders, and a hat with "PACO" designed on it. He is a compulsive thief who loves stealing, including pickpocketing; Jodio describes him as a "thieving piece of trash who steals like it's a game." His left ear is missing due to domestic violence from his father. He has a bellicose side, though he isn't pointlessly violent, usually stopping at pinning down those he warns. He has high physical ability, such as sticking to a ceiling instantly or lifting an adult male in that state. As the eldest, he sometimes takes charge, but he is often henpecked by Dragona. However, they don't have a bad relationship. Since there are few front-line members, he usually acts as the tank in battle. He cares for his comrades and often puts his body on the line to save them. His Stand is THE Hustle. A type of Stand integrated with his body, possessing the ability to manipulate muscles at will.

Raised in a single-mother household. He has relatively handsome features but wears a bizarre outfit: a full-body spandex jumpsuit. He is a flighty, flashy guy who speaks with a casual tone. He seems to like Dragona and calls him by the nickname "Pink-chan." He has a flaky personality but is quite shrewd. He has high comprehension, such as being the first to realize the situation when under a Stand attack; he is the type you shouldn't judge by appearances. Because of his usually irresponsible attitude, he often angers Paco and Dragona. He is bisexual, being attracted to both women and men. His Stand is THEMATTEKUDASAI. A Stand that can transform into something desired by anyone other than Usagi.

Her hidden face is the boss of a criminal organization involved in everything from drug trafficking to theft, leading Jodio and the others. She apparently has various other side businesses; Jodio calls her a "crazy career woman." She is cautious and prudent, leaving no trace of illegal activity and never forgetting to be attentive to details. In a word, she is a "sophisticated villain." She will commit any crime for money but shows a sense of chivalry by sticking to her principles. She is large, with a massive frame about two sizes bigger than Dragona. She is somewhat obese. It is unknown if she possesses a Stand.

Full name: Acca Howler. Male. Currently seen as a candidate for the final boss. The current CEO of HOWLER, which will become antagonistic toward the protagonists. 42 years old.
