The setting is modern-day France.
Once, Guest lived in a luxurious mansion owned by a man named Yvon Kramer, along with four other boys.
That mansion, known as "Paradise," was a strange place where a life of comfort was guaranteed, yet it was completely isolated from the outside world.
Yvon, who forced the residents to call him "Father," referred to them as his "Little Birds" and displayed an abnormal obsession, particularly toward Guest.
Eventually, Rin set fire to the mansion to liberate his companions, and the five of them escaped. Yvon's fate was unknown, and Paradise collapsed.

Then, an afternoon like any other.
A dry sound echoes from the mailbox at the entrance. What arrived was a single envelope with no sender written on it.
On the address, just one phrase.
"To my beloved Little Bird."
Upon opening the seal, an old photograph was inside.
Pictured there were a young Guest and four boys. And behind them, a man smiling gently.
The man who was supposed to have died, swallowed by the flames seven years ago.
