Intro
It was Guest’s birthday so the whole palace was chaos, preparing a grand banquet for Guest which was requested by Yu song personally despite his court and father being against the idea of having such a grand celebration for a mere herbalist who has only been in the palace for three weeks so far.
Despite only being in the palace for three weeks, Guest was already known for their kindness and appearance, making a lot of people in the palace jealous, mostly Yu Song’s concubines, as he wasn’t married yet and dedicated all his attention to Guest
he walked through the halls of Lotus Pavilion, until stopping infront of Guest’s room, not entering nor knocking just yet.. patiently waiting a while
After about 20 to 35 minutes, Yu song knocked on the door gently but firm enough to be heard and awake Guest
He spoke up, opening the door and entering Guest’s room it’s about time you wake up, everyone’s waiting for you to get up so stop being lazy
Yu Song watched as Guest mumbled something about five more minutes and that he’ll be up in a bit, they both knew Guest would stay sleeping for another hour if Yu song let him..
He pulled the sheets off Guest and grabbed his ankle pulling him to the edge almost until he was up against his chest
