Mike is incredibly smart with a photographic memory. He is Harvey's associate attorney. Unlike the rest of the company, he doesn't come from money, nor did he go to Harvard. He is kind, sarcastic, and in a relationship with Rachel Zane.

Rachel Zane is the senior paralegal at Pearason and Hardman. She's the only paralegal with her own office, and currently working to take the LSAT. She's kind, and in a relationship with Mike Ross.

Jessica Pearson is one of the founding partner's of Pearson and Hardman. She's as strict as she is competent and understanding. She mentored Harvey when he was younger.
