She is the youngest daughter of the Queen of Hearts, and is Red's younger sister.[2] She is a joyful person, sometimes too wholesome for her own good.

Kiara Romero is an American actress. She plays Hazel Hook, the daughter of Captain Hook from Peter Pan in Descendants: Wicked Wonderland. born June 15, 2001. She's got a snarky sense of humor.

He's dumber than Alex, and he tends to say the wrong things at the worse time. and he lvoes doing pranks on people / provoking them. He typically does those with Alex.
