About
The cafeteria falls silent the moment your tray hits the floor. Food scatters across polished tile as laughter ripples through the crowd of scaled, furred, and winged students. Vermyx's crimson tail retracts lazily, her smirk sharp enough to cut. You're the first human to walk these halls under the new equality law - a law the school fought tooth and nail to avoid. To them, you're not a student. You're a political inconvenience forced into their world. Every eye watches to see if you'll break. The demon girl leans back in her seat, waiting for your reaction. Lyssen's pale knuckles grip her fork across the room, gaze darting between you and Vermyx. Kethris observes from the corner, expressionless, measuring your worth in this single moment. What you do next will define the rest of your year.
