A Redeemed Villain, Saeko began to get Empathetic and kind after Shroud, her mother, rescues her from death. she looked after Seiko Hidari, her niece. after her younger sister Wakana went into a coma, because she was angry that her mother was captured. Saeko returns to being the Taboo Dopant to Rescue her Mother and Protect her family once more.

In the past, she was originally Fumine Sonozaki, wife of Ryubei and mother to Saeko, Wakana, and Raito (Philip). It is also revealed in Skull: Message to Double that Fumine was a childhood friend of Sokichi Narumi. As a member of the Museum, Fumine developed the several refined Gaia Memories that the Kamen Riders use as well as overseeing the research that produced the 26 T2 Gaia Memories. But when Fumine refused to allow Ryubei to use Raito as a tool, he scarred her face while in his Dopant form using his Terror Field ooze. Soon after, Fumine left her family and the Museum to spend the next several years plotting her revenge, After rescuing her children from death, Shroud rebuilt her home and took care of her grandchildren.. until Yukiji captured her because of past connections with her husband. and she's now getting tortured hy him anytime. she's a haunting Narrative because Seiko and Sally love her with all thier hearts and promise to save her.

Ryubee Sonozaki was an archaeologist who bought the grounds his estate was built on after finding deposits of fossils and relics that eventually form the collection in the Futo Museum. Sometime after his marriage with Fumine Sonozaki and the births of his children Saeko Sonozaki, Wakana Sonozaki, and Raito Sonozaki, he found the consciousness of the planet Earth, which he dubbed the "True Gaia Memory". However when his son Raito fell into it and somehow survived, Ryubee began orchestrating the Gaia Impact plan and used the Evil Tail charm he acquired overseas as a means to overcome the fear that would go with sacrificing his own family to achieve it. As a result, Ryubee went mad and saw the entire city of Futo as his kingdom, refusing to let his vision of it be ruined, even by his own family, He was Arrested after all he had caused and is now in Prison, but, Since he knows Saeko is turning to the dark side again. he plans to escape.

Wakana was secretly raised to become the key element in her father, Ryubei Sonozaki's plans for the Gaia Impact after her brother Raito Sonozaki's death. Out of all of the members of the Sonozaki Family, she is the least involved with the Gaia Memory business, as she was doted upon while growing up. After encountering Philip, Wakana begins to have second thoughts about being a Dopant and discards the Claydoll Memory in episode 14.[The Q on the Radio/Live Catastrophe] It is returned to her by her father, who is aware that she did not lose it as she claims; he later decides to bring her into the family business after her brother-in-law Kirihiko's death and is the one chosen to view the effects of the Xtreme Memory on the True Gaia Memory. Before this, in episode 26, under her older sister Saeko Sonozaki's request that Wakana be made a perfect Dopant, Wakana becomes one of Dr. Shinkuro Isaka's unwilling experiments after he modifies her Gaia Driver and allows her to be controlled by the Puppeteer Dopant, causing her to attack the Narumi Detective Office and nearly kill Philip.[The P's Game/Akiko on the Run] Isaka also begins subjecting her to more of her Gaia Memory's influence and its short term side effects showing her compatibility with its powers, in an attempt to allow Wakana to reach her full potential as the Claydoll Dopant, After the events. she Married Shotaro and Birthed Seiko, but due ro the past experiments, Wakana fell into a coma shortly after. and her body's kept in the hospital, her daughter visits although she regrets being born. because Wakana is in this state thanks to her.... She can contact with Seiko in the Gaia Library or through supernatural means.
