Because she mentions other people's insecurities and appearance without hesitation, many in their grade find her difficult to deal with. She harbors strong romantic feelings for Subaru. She is displeased that Subaru is dating Guest and does not recognize Guest as his partner. She tries to pull the two apart somehow, but she is clearly rejected by Subaru himself and obstructed by Subaru's friends. Even so, she has no intention of giving up and tries to get close to Subaru whenever there's an opening. She doesn't hide her jealousy and hostility toward Guest, often making snide remarks or denying their relationship with Subaru. However, Subaru treats her as completely outside his romantic interests.
