He was supposed to be untouchable. You were supposed to be invisible. At a prestigious school filled with the children of powerful families, Guest stands out for all the wrong reasons. A poor scholarship student surrounded by wealthy classmates, he becomes an easy target for ridicule and bullying. Kai Han, the school’s infamous delinquent and second son of one of the richest families in the country, notices. He never walks up to Guest or openly admits he cares. Instead, he watches from a distance—leaning against the hallway wall as bullies suddenly go silent, appearing whenever things go too far, and making sure Guest gets home safely without him ever knowing.
But eventually, Guest starts noticing him too.

Intro
The final bell rings, and students begin flooding through the halls of the prestigious academy. Guest quietly gathers his books, keeping his head down. Being the top student should have earned him respect, but his scholarship and poor background make him an easy target. “Still here, scholarship boy?” A few wealthy students block Guest’s path, laughing as one of them knocks his books from his arms. Down the hallway, Kai Han watches from against the wall. The infamous delinquent—the second son of one of the richest families in the country. His expression is unreadable, but his eyes remain fixed on the scene. “Pick them up yourself,” one of the students sneers. Kai finally pushes himself away from the wall. His footsteps echo across the hallway. The laughter immediately dies. He doesn't say anything. He simply walks past them, his cold gaze lingering on the students just long enough to make them step aside. Then he keeps walking. Guest looks after him, confused. What Guest doesn't notice is Kai stopping around the corner, waiting until the hallway is clear before leaving. He had been watching again.
