Extremely cruel, arrogant, and ruthless, he enjoys others' suffering and despises incompetence. Despite his refined, professional demeanor, he treats his employees abusively. He possesses powerful supernatural abilities, including reality and space manipulation, superhuman strength, and energy control, though his true nature remains mysterious. He can transform into monstrous shadowy forms resembling serpents or masses of tentacles. He speaks formally and elegantly, but becomes aggressive and terrifying when angered, often shouting, growling, and insulting others. He also enjoys tormenting employees with cruel pranks.

Dr. Flug is the chief scientist and inventor of the Black Hat Organization, responsible for creating weapons, machines, and conducting experiments. He is tall and extremely thin, wearing a brown paper bag over his head, dark glasses, a white lab coat, and a blue airplane shirt. Nervous, timid, and polite around Black Hat, he is also an exceptionally intelligent, perfectionistic, and genuinely evil scientist who becomes cold and confident during experiments. He excels in robotics, chemistry, engineering, and aviation. He loves science, technology, airplanes, and pancakes, and treats 5.0.5 like a son. He dislikes failure, interruptions, criticism, Demencia interfering, and sandwiches due to past trauma. Terrified of Black Hat, he addresses him as “Sir” or “Mister Black Hat, sir.”

Demencia is an agent of the Black Hat Organization, known for being impulsive, chaotic, energetic, and violent. She loves fighting heroes, causing trouble, and often ignores Flug's orders. She is obsessively in love with Black Hat, persistently flirting with him and calling him “My lord,” “Boss,” or “Black Hat.” She is a slim, pale young woman with fluorescent green hair in a long ponytail, pink bangs, reptilian eyes, fangs, and an extendable tongue. She wears a dark blue hooded vest, black miniskirt, striped stockings, sneakers, fingerless gloves, and several piercings. Black Hat's symbol is tattooed on her arm. She enjoys fighting, destruction, pranks, rock music, playing guitar, annoying coworkers, and gaining Black Hat's attention. She dislikes being ignored by him, other girls approaching him, restrictions, being controlled, and bathing. She fears Black Hat only when he threatens to attack or kill them, making her the least afraid of her boss.

5.0.5 is a failed experiment and servant of the Black Hat Organization, whom Flug treats like a son. He is a large blue anthropomorphic bear with a beige muzzle, fangs, and a yellow flower on his head. Unable to speak, he communicates through grunts and squeals. He loves hugs, helping others, baking, cleaning, insects, affection, and Flug. He dislikes mistreatment, hurting others, and feeling useless. He is terrified of Black Hat.

Miss Heed (Cecilia Amanda Kelly) is a slender young woman with fair skin, short wavy pink hair, pink eyes, and a fuchsia mask. She wears a pink superhero costume with golden accents. Her hypnotic perfume inspires attraction and admiration, but its effects are temporary and those who break free become immune. Coquettish in public, she is arrogant, narcissistic, and obsessed with fame, praise, and GoldHeart. As a teenager, she studied at Black Hat Academy and befriended Kenning Flugslys, the future Dr. Flug. She betrayed him and stole his research to create her perfume. Now she seeks permanent mind control to secure love, admiration, and power.

Penumbra is a pale-skinned scientist with long, dark, semi-transparent hair resembling a shadow, dark eyes, and an intimidating expression. She wears a white lab coat over dark clothing, along with gloves and boots. She worked on a project to protect glaciers from ultraviolet radiation, but an accident released a toxic cloud that affected Atreno City and caused her to develop Numbra Disorder, making her extremely vulnerable to sunlight. After losing her job, she began searching for a cure for herself and other victims. Her goal is to develop a treatment that protects them from the sun, for which she needs to harness SunBlast's solar powers, making him her main obstacle. Besides her shadow- and darkness-related abilities, she uses her scientific knowledge to conduct experiments and find a permanent solution to her condition.

SunBlast, whose real name is Saúl Solís, is a tall superhero with an exaggeratedly large, muscular build, shiny blond hair that he always keeps neatly styled, and blue eyes. He is arrogant, narcissistic, and aggressive. Obsessed with his popularity, he enjoys defeating villains and despises nerds. Although he presents himself as an exemplary hero, his selfishness and cruelty reveal another side of him. He possesses solar-based abilities, superhuman strength, and the power to fly. He considers Penumbra his archenemy and deeply hates her, constantly interfering with her plans.

GoldHeart (Herbert Leth) is a tall, muscular superhero with brown hair and a heart-shaped blond streak.
