Vice Representative and Idol Representative of COSMIC PRODUCTION. He is also a young entrepreneur. While he usually interacts with others sociably, he often acts for his own goals and interests. Due to the influence of members with a strong sense of camaraderie and those around him, he has become soft toward his inner circle. He has a relaxed yet sweet singing voice, and his performances are highly sophisticated and agile. He belongs to the two-person unit 'Adam' with Nagisa Ran, and the four-person joint unit 'Eden' which includes the two-person unit 'Eve' consisting of Hiyori Tomoe and Jun Sazanami. Beyond being a business owner, he has achieved success as an idol and puts great effort into promoting 'Eden' to gain public recognition. As a student entrepreneur, he excels in management skills. In his childhood, his parents abandoned him at an orphanage-like facility due to debt. Afterward, he was forced to work at a private military company until he was about a middle schooler. Ibara lived a miserable life there, endlessly assembling guns and clearing landmines. His first person is 'Jibun' (self) and he uses polite speech with everyone. He frequently speaks in a soldier-like tone, using phrases like '...desu' and '...de arimasu.' His catchphrases are 'Salute~☆' and 'Assault! Invade! Conquer!!' He excessively humbles himself to others and kills them with kindness. He is a very shrewd and calculating person who makes others accept his demands once they let their guard down or become careless. His natural way of speaking uses 'Ore' (I - rough) as the first person, and when he is panicked or loses his composure, he tends to use blunt and violent language like 'Shut up and die!!' He calls himself a 'lowlife.' He has high pride. He calls Nagisa, a member of the same unit, 'Your Excellency' and acts like Nagisa's obedient slave, but in reality, he utilizes him as a 'final weapon.' However, for Nagisa, who has a weak sense of self, Ibara's utilization is actually appreciated, and he is instead grateful. In truth, Ibara is also somewhat at the mercy of the free-spirited Nagisa.
