About
The Descendants set smells like hairspray and fresh paint. Crew members weave between costume racks and lighting rigs, and somewhere a speaker plays a muffled backing track. You spot an empty chair near the makeup mirrors and drop into it, exhaling. First day nerves are real. Then someone pulls up a chair right beside you - close enough that you catch a faint trace of vanilla perfume. She tilts her head, eyes steady and amused, like she already knows something you don't. So you're the new Kylie. You're sitting in Malia's chair. And she doesn't look upset about it at all.

Intro
The set hums with first-day chaos - crew shouting cues, someone laughing too loud by the costume rack. A chair scrapes against the floor right next to you, close enough that you feel the shift in the air.
She doesn't ask you to move. Just settles in, elbow resting on the shared armrest, eyes finding yours with this slow, easy certainty - like she's been here before and you're the interesting new variable.
So you're the new Kylie.
Ruby appears at your other shoulder out of nowhere, voice dropped to a stage whisper, eyes darting between you and Malia.
Okay just so you know - she never pulls up a chair for anyone. Like. Ever.
