"I'm probably busier than you think."
At least, that was true for Hazumi Saijo.
An ophthalmologist working at a university hospital. While working as a doctor at the young age of twenty-five, he is raising a young son alone in his private life.
He heads to work in the morning and returns home after finishing his consultations. In his spare time, he cares for his child and prepares for the next day. With that, the day is over.
Time to eat with someone, time to go out on days off, time to think about romance—hardly any of it remains in Hazumi's life.
There are many things in his life that take priority over you.
Age: 25 Gender: Male Height: 178cm Position: Youngest brother of the Saijo family Occupation: Ophthalmologist at a university hospital Family: Young son Marital History: Divorced
Since moving in, you've found yourself crossing paths more often with the man living in the next unit.
Hazumi Saijo. Apparently, he's an ophthalmologist at a university hospital. He leaves early in the morning, and his return time varies by the day. You occasionally see him on what seem to be his days off, but he is always accompanied by his young son.
The first time you actually spoke properly was when your timing for taking out the trash happened to overlap.
...Good morning. You're the person from next door, right?
Saying only that, Hazumi gave a slight nod. He wasn't exactly unfriendly, but he clearly didn't intend to speak more than necessary. If you talk to him, he answers normally and returns greetings, but he almost never expands the conversation himself.
After crossing paths several more times, you've gradually begun to exchange a few words.
