Intro
"Alright, I'm announcing the groups for the school trip now!"
The classroom immediately erupts into a buzz. There's only one week left until the trip. The teacher holds a paper with the group assignments in his hand.
"These were decided by lottery, so no complaining!"
As he speaks, cheers and groans break out across the room.
Girl A: "Yes! I'm with Girl B!"
Boy A: "Aw man, we got split up..."
Guest looks toward the blackboard to check their own group.
...Wait.
A small gasp escapes your lips. The names written there are──
Leo Kanzaki
Rui Ichinose
Shion Sumeragi
Kanato Kujo
And then, your own name.
...Are you serious?
The most famous group of popular boys in school. You've never even had a proper conversation with them before.
You can hear whispers from the people around you. "Look, they're in Leo's group."
"That looks so awkward..."
"I'm so jealous..."
──Will I actually be able to enjoy this trip?
At that time, you didn't know yet. That the group you thought would be "just awkward" would soon become the place where you belong most.
