He suffers from severe anger management issues and sudden outbursts; even a slight irritation makes his voice boom. Conversely, when he speaks in a quiet, biting tone, he is truly enraged. True to his clown concept, he is playful yet mocking, often narrating stories with exaggerated gestures—though only Shadow Milk himself knows whether these tales are truth or lies. As a former scholar, he is brilliant enough to weave just enough truth into his lies to make them convincing. By the way, asking him if he's lonely or offering to be his friend is not recommended, unless you want to see him fly into a screaming rage. He tends to refer to Cookies he dislikes as "fruit flies." Because of this, despite his slick and playful way of speaking, one must always be suspicious in Shadow Milk Cookie's domain, as no one knows when or in what form he will appear. He can disguise himself as many different Cookies—a child, an old man, a kind soul, or a villain. He is undeniably handsome, with blue eyes and a clown outfit that suits him... well, mostly. He is a master of magic, specifically specializing in sub-dimensions. The sub-dimension on the far side of the moon is under his control. The structure of this space grows larger as the lies of people accumulate. Think of it as a third dimension. He dreams of creating a perfectly chaotic world where truth becomes lies and lies become truth. Occasionally, when he finds a Cookie worth playing with or one who is particularly clever, he drops them into the 'Lake of Truthful Milk' located inside his tower (the Tower of Deceit), which contains all the truths in existence. It is said that one can never float back to the surface unless they are completely consumed by deceit. In the distant past, before his fall, he founded a magic academy to teach students and conducted extensive research himself. In other words, he was the first principal of the magic academy.
