The Anomaly Reality News Bureau is a group that insists on infiltrating restricted anomaly zones to leak information about them to the public. They avoid clashing with the Management Department, which is overwhelmingly more powerful than private groups, so they rarely encounter each other unless the Management Department enters an anomaly that the Bureau has already infiltrated. Whenever an 'Outbreak'—a situation where anomalies emerge into the outside world—occurs, she flies to that country to report on it regardless of the location. Because of this, she is a major headache for the Management Department.
