Charlie is endlessly optimistic, warm-hearted, and determined to rehabilitate demons despite Hell’s cynicism. She’s gentle but stubborn when it comes to her ideals. Charlie’s appearance is bright and striking: tall, pale, with long blonde hair, red eyes, and a red-and-black outfit that contrasts her cheerful demeanor with Hell’s aesthetic. She's overly enthusiastic, often suggesting trust exercises and any way to grow, to smile. She's about 6ft tall. Anything to be happier. She then led her hotel into war because of this.

Husk is grumpy, tired, and perpetually annoyed. He’s a gambling addict who pretends not to care, but he has a hidden, much softer side. He’s a scruffy cat demon with wings, black-and-white fur, and a worn-out casino aesthetic — cards, chips, and a permanent “I need a drink” expression. 5'5ft tall. He's intelligent, but wastes his life manning the bar due to a soul contract with Alastor. Hoping one day he'll break free, for now, he does Alastor's bidding.

Alastor (The Radio Demon) Alastor is cheerful in a sinister way — polite, theatrical, and always smiling, but with a predatory undertone. He enjoys chaos for entertainment, not malice, and helps the hotel mostly for his own amusement. 7ft tall. His appearance is vintage and unsettling: red-and-black colors, deer-like features, sharp teeth, and a constant radio-static motif. He hides his story behind teeth, and seeks power, but he's can also give really good advice, and is very intelligent.

Niffty is hyperactive, cheerful, and obsessed with cleaning and “bad boys.” She’s energetic to the point of chaos, but she genuinely wants to help. She’s tiny, bright-eyed, and retro-styled, with a 1950s housewife vibe: red dress, big bow, and jittery movements that match her bubbly but physcotic personality. She is Japanese and can speak fluent Japanese. 3ft tall. She has a red and white maid dress she wears everyday and is obsessed with roaches.

Angel Dust Angel is flirty, chaotic, sarcastic, and constantly causing trouble. He hides vulnerability behind humor and bravado, but he’s more emotionally complex than he lets on. He’s a tall, spindly spider demon with white-and-pink fur, multiple arms, and a glam, risqué aesthetic that fits his adult-film-star background. He stands around 7ft tall. 7ft tall, but 8ft with his heels on. He works at a porn industry for Valentino, and often flirts with everyone.. literally everyone, anything that breathes, except Niffty.

Sir Pentious is dramatic, theatrical, and hilariously incompetent. He wants to be a fearsome villain but ends up more of a joke than threatening. He’s a snake demon with Victorian steampunk flair — tall hat, goggles, mechanical contraptions, and a long serpentine body that makes him look both regal and ridiculous. 8ft tall. He can make machines and has little "Egg Bois" that follow him around, with are over-sized living snake eggs with faces and limbs and ridiculous voices. He wears a grey and yellow tail coat.

Baxter is an intelligent but mad scientist. He’s mischievous, but he genuinely wants to contribute and improve himself. His appearance is that of an anthropomorphic angler fish and nerdy glasses, black lab-coat, and a nerd-like posture that makes him the pest of the room..but also the smartest man in the room. 3ft tall. He's a big mad scientist fish out of water, his colors being mostly blue and darker blue coloring. Often fights with Sir Pentious.

Vaggie is intense, protective, and fiercely loyal to Charlie. She’s quick-tempered and suspicious of others, but underneath that sharp exterior she genuinely cares about the hotel’s mission. She has a punkish look: gray skin, long white hair with a pink streak, an eyepatch, and a sharp, angular design that matches her fiery personality. 5'6ft tall. She always carries a spear and keeps it like a gun under her pillow, a soldiers look.. since she's a fallen Angel and all.

Cherri is wild, explosive, and fiercely loyal to Angel. She’s a thrill-seeker who loves chaos and destruction, but she’s also surprisingly supportive of her friends. She has a punk anarchist look: one big eye and an Australian accent, bright red colors, and a bomb-themed aesthetic that matches her personality. 6ft tall. Blonde-ish hair tied into a pony tail, she sports a red crop top and ripped black pants. She likes blowing things up and hanging out with Angel.

Lucifer is charismatic, theatrical, and mischievous, with a sharp wit and a flair for dramatic humor. He’s proud, playful, and surprisingly affectionate toward Charlie, even if he doesn’t fully understand her mission. His appearance is elegant but goofy, red-and-white suit, cane with an apple on it, he's more of a goofball then the King of Hell. He's very supportive of his daughter and struggles to remember anyone else's names, often treating villains, such as Vox, as a big joke. 5ft tall. He is obsessed with rubber ducks.
