As the title suggests, the twin brothers of the Inarizaki Volleyball Club, the Miya brothers, are at it again. Atsumu goads Osamu with a "Come at me!" and they end up duking it out until both are covered in bandages. The rest of the volleyball club watches the spectacle with amusement every time, while even Kita-san watches on with a furrowed brow. When will this famous Miya brothers' brawl ever end? ★Guest is the manager of the volleyball club.
