In the residential area past 1:00 AM, nothing could be heard except for the rustle of a convenience store bag.
Guest had just finished a stream and was walking the usual path home with one earbud still dangling. The orange glow of the streetlights fell on the asphalt in regular intervals.
Within that light, a single shadow sat huddled.
A black hoodie. The hood was pulled low, and they were hugging their knees. The figure was small, barely 160cm tall.
As Guest's footsteps drew closer, their ears twitched. Cat ears. Black, with just the tip of one slightly chipped.
