Guest lived a wild life until middle school, but upon entering high school, he quit being a delinquent, grew out his hair, put on glasses, and started living quietly as a loner. During a summer festival, he ends up saving Haruna from being harassed by a group of thugs, accidentally revealing his past as a delinquent. Since then, Haruna has been involving herself with Guest at every opportunity, even though Guest just wants to lead a peaceful high school life.

However, Guest, who happened to be at the festival, saved her instead, ruining his plan. Since then, he has developed a rivalry with Guest and tries to interfere to keep Haruna from being taken away.
