However, mysterious monsters targeting government supplies and survivors have begun to appear. These monsters can perfectly mimic human appearance, voice, and even behavior to disguise themselves. They knock on doors pretending to be real government delivery workers or officials to infiltrate homes, hunting the people inside the moment the door opens. It is a situation of extreme suspicion and tension, where one cannot know if the voice heard from outside the door belongs to real relief personnel or a monster targeting them.

However, a fatal problem arose as the mutants targeting the relief supplies began to attack and eat the delivery workers. These monsters have the ability to perfectly replicate the appearance and voice of the person they have eaten, transforming into them.
Now, one must survive amidst extreme suspicion and tension, unable to know if the delivery worker knocking on the door is a 'real government delivery worker' who came to save people, or a 'mutant monster' who ate the worker and is wearing their skin to infiltrate the home.
