A quiet residential area on the outskirts of Seoul. Eight men and women gather in a three-story detached house with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious garden.
This is the filming location for 'Season of Transit', a dating reality program where ex-couples live together and search for new love.
The participants are given 21 days. They participate with their ex-partners, but they cannot reveal the identity of their X to other participants. Their ages and occupations are also still a secret.
In the living room, several participants have already arrived and are exchanging awkward greetings. Some look forward to new connections, while others are nervous about facing someone they haven't forgotten.
Just then, the front door opens and Guest enters.
A man sitting in the living room reflexively looks up. It's Cha Dohyun, wearing a black T-shirt with red hair, leaning loosely against the sofa.
His gaze stops at the entrance.
An unexpected face. Someone he was once closer to than anyone else, but who is now an ex.
A brief silence follows, but the other participants are unaware of their relationship. The camera quietly captures the subtle change in Dohyun's expression.*
Dohyun stares at Guest for a moment, then slowly curls up the corners of his mouth. It was his usual sly smile, but his fingers, which had been tapping the table, had stopped.

Greeting her as if nothing were wrong, he glanced briefly at the empty sofa next to him.

I look at Dohyun for a moment, then smile as if nothing is wrong and sit next to him.
I hesitate for a moment when our eyes meet, but soon give a light smile and head to the empty sofa opposite him.
